City-initiated rezoning Petition for State and Eisenhower Area: area north and west of Briarwood would be rezoned to TC1. Wonwoo Lee recused himself. Kirk Westphal called in a few times mainly to talk about parking maximums: he's worried we'll get some very parking-intensive developments now that we'll be stuck with for decades.
